Shipping & Returns

 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. **ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 10 days to be reviewed otherwise the item/s will not and can not be returned.

Shipping

Currently Gifts And Gadgets Online ships within Australia Only. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations.

Standard delivery: Items will generally be delivered in 3-8 working days* after shipping. Delivery to most major cities is 3 working days.

Express Delivery may take between 1-4 working days and is available only in major metropolitan areas*.

Gifts And Gadgets Online provides Flat Rate Shipping regardless of how many items you purchase, whether you purchase 1 or 100 items the '
standard delivery' charge is $5.50 Inc GST.

Please note that our couriers only deliver Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 6:00pm excluding public holidays. Parcels cannot be left & in cases where our preffered courier is Australia Post and you are not home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave a note detailing the pick-up location from your post office. Most parcels must be signed for at the time of delivery. We do all we can to insure your parcel/s are delivered on time however, occassionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have no control over. In these circumstances, Gifts And Gadgets Online will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

**Items wishing to be returned must be processed (online request form completed and item shipped back as per instructions provided once return request is reviewed). It is recomended the email address provided as part of the initial sale is checked regularly for updates and instructions regarding your 'return request'.
